Some of the land is bordered by swamp/marshland and creeks

The area was part of the old Falco Community, that had a
large dam for the sawmill and gristmill. The dam washed

Lawyers are preparing documents for us to sign next Monday,

$2500/acre for 120 acres, but will accept lower if the 240
acres is taken.
There is another piece of 58 acres with a pond and adjacent
to forestland.
There is another piece at 70 acres with two ponds, 1/4 mile
of paved frontage on Hwy 137.

($3000/month) for the next 30 years.
